They even helped us organize a refund when we decided to check-out early. The hotel is located in a quiet area, perfect for families who want to avoid the noise of the city. It is also conveniently close to the Bumrungrad hospital, which was important for us as we had to visit it frequently. The hotel was conveniently close to the hospital we needed to visit. The staff was very friendly and offered us a complimentary drink upon arrival. the room had a kitchenette which was a great feature for us as we wanted to cook our own meals.
The room was not very clean, and we found an exposed pipe in the bedroom that gave off a disgusting odor whenever we used the sink or took a shower. The air conditioning was also not working properly, and it was very uncomfortable to be in the room.
